The 11-day wood firing is open to both emerging and experienced potters, these sessions take participants through every stage of the process of firing an Anagama kiln.
From sourcing wood, preparing glazes, loading the kiln, and firing, day and night, for over 100 hours.
The experience ends with the much-anticipated kiln opening, revealing the depth and complex beauty that only wood, flame, and time can create.
It’s an opportunity to slow down and engage with the ancient process of wood firing.
